Keyoxide Specification

Introduction

Welcome to the Keyoxide Specification. These specifications describe how Keyoxide apps and interfaces should work and the user experience they should provide.

Be aware that the Keyoxide Specification is not the same thing as the Ariadne Identity Specification (AIS) available at ariadne.id. The AIS describes how decentralized identity verification works and ensures different apps and interfaces show the same result. The Keyoxide Specification adds a layer on top of the AIS, describing terminology used in interfaces, data schemas used in APIs, etc. Apps that comply with the AIS do not need to comply with the Keyoxide Specification.

All Keyoxide apps and interfaces maintained and/or endorsed by Yarmo Mackenbach should comply with the Keyoxide Specification.
